Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our US Developments Team and drive delivery on one of America's largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs. This is not a single-site role; you will oversee multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, and convenience retail locations.

The role offers exposure to design, permitting, procurement, and turnover, with opportunities to grow into senior leadership as Applegreen expands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction PM and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones and plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure safety, budget adherence and quality through all project phases.
• Support commissioning, turnover and project closeout.
