Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Lone Tree, Colorado. You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while leading project teams.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, and a track record of safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction management.
• 3+ years in a Project Manager role delivering capital construction projects.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, bids, and allocate project personnel.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and contract arrangements.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure prerequisite documents are prepared and approved.
• Oversee material delivery and receipt.
• Monitor progress, address changes and issues with subcontractors.
• Ensure punch lists are completed and closeout documents prepared.
