Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction and management of field personnel.
• Experience running 1-2 large-scale projects (20mm plus) from start to finish.
• Ability to prepare detailed project plans, schedules and estimates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to supervise large teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration duties including scheduling, submittals, and pay requests.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams; monitor production.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Aid in project close-out and claims documentation.
