Job summary

Flintco, LLC in Springdale, AR is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to supervise project personnel and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate with owner representatives, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, applying construction expertise to maximize efficiency.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and at least 3 years of self-perform concrete experience, with strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management or related field.
• Progressive construction management experience with self-perform concrete.
• Experience estimating, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates and bids and collaborate with management in selecting and assigning project personnel.
• Review the selection of subcontractors and completion of contract arrangements and review proposed materials and shop drawings from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review with project personnel the preliminary project schedule and when appropriate the detailed project schedule.
• Ensure that all required pre-requisites (cash flow plan, subcontractor lists, manufacturer lists, submittal/procurement logs) are prepared and submitted to the architect and properly administered.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent in overseeing the delivery of materials and ensuring proper receipt and recording.
• Monitor construction activities, resolve problems and issues, review monthly status reports and project billings for upper management and client.
