Responsibilities

• Review preparation and culmination of project estimates and bids with management.
• Review subcontractor selections and contract arrangements, and assess shop drawings from suppliers.
• Confirm preliminary and detailed project schedules, and ensure plans are properly managed.
• Ensure pre-requisites such as cash flow plans and procurement logs are prepared and approved.
• Collaborate with the project team to oversee material delivery and reception.
• Monitor construction activities, resolve issues, and keep management and client informed.
• Close out projects with complete punch lists and final documentation.
