Job summary

Flintco is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Lone Tree, CO. The role leads owner representatives, subcontractors, and design teams to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.

You will supervise project personnel and manage resources across the full project lifecycle. The position requires a BS in engineering/construction management, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a strong focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management or related field.
• Ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison among owner representatives, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Provide management supervision to project personnel and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee resource allocation, schedules, submittals, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
