Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management.
• Experience estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates, bids, and assign project personnel.
• Select subcontractors and review material/shop drawings.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed project schedules with team.
• Ensure prerequisites and logs (cash flow, submittals, procurement) are submitted.
• Oversee delivery of materials to site and track receipt.
• Monitor construction activities, resolve issues, and report status to management and client.
• Ensure punch lists are completed and closeout documentation is prepared.
