Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Project Director to oversee the overall management of complex projects in the Denver area, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. This senior leadership role collaborates with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a construction discipline and extensive experience in management, estimating, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline, business administration, or engineering.
• Extensive progressive experience in construction management, estimating, scheduling and field personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of construction documents, contracts, means & methods, bonds & insurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, project cost, schedules, and quality on multiple projects.
• Lead office leadership and coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Report monthly status to Division President and VP; support business development.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety requirements and company policies.
