Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Bryan, TX to act as the liaison between owners, major subcontractors, architects and engineers. You will provide supervision to project personnel and ensure projects meet budget and schedule while upholding Flintco’s standards.

The role requires on-site leadership, coordination across disciplines, and possible travel to remote sites. A strong background in construction management and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial construction management.
• Professional certification (LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, estimates, and schedules with management.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers; ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Ensure project compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
