Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in construction management.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates and bids; assist in selecting personnel.
• Review subcontractor selections and contract arrangements; review shop drawings.
• Review preliminary and detailed project schedules; ensure compliance with plans.
• Ensure prerequisites (cash flow, lists, logs) are prepared and submitted; manage documentation.
• Collaborate with site teams to manage material delivery and receipt; monitor progress.
• Address changes, deficiencies, and subcontractor performance; maintain monthly reports.
