Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction management.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates, bids, and assign project personnel.
• Review subcontractor selection and contract terms; review materials and shop drawings.
• Review preliminary and detailed project schedules with site teams.
• Prepare and manage required pre-requisites for submittals (cash flow, sublists, logs).
• Oversee material deliveries with the Project Superintendent and verify receipt.
• Monitor construction activities; resolve issues and changes; review status reports and billings.
• Closeout: complete punch lists and submit drawings, manuals, warranties.
