Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in the Denver, CO region to support Project Manager and Superintendent with administrative and technical tasks. This role offers growth toward an Assistant Project Manager position and requires a proven background in construction management.

The candidate should have a BS in Engineering/Construction Management and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong scheduling, submittals, and communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in construction management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in writing/reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders to assure scope is accurate and complete; contract amounts are correct.
• Review project documents and coordinate with participants to enable productive day-to-day operations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the overall project schedule and short-term schedules; perform site visits.
• Assist in maintaining submittal log and expediting materials/equipment to meet the project schedule.
• Maintain project files, cost records, and payroll documentation.
