Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Ability to build partnerships with owners, owners' representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development activities.
• Estimating and bidding, including quantity take-offs.
• Develop and maintain project control estimates.
• Scheduling and CPM development; Last Planner meetings.
• Subcontract management and change order processing.
• Project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and BIM coordination.
