Kokosing, one of America's 50 largest General Contractors, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial projects (Water/Wastewater plants, factories, data centers) ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will lead Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen, coordinate with client representatives and governmental agencies, and monitor safety and quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 7+ years’ experience required; PE is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 7+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• Open to other large construction experience.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties/responsibilities and authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination meeting, weekly block schedule meeting and monthly safety kickoff meeting.
