Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for industrial projects, including water/wastewater facilities and data centers.

You will oversee one large project or several smaller ones, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 7+ years’ experience in construction, design, finance, and management.

• Understand and interpret safety laws and company policies/standards.
• Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise project engineers, superintendents and foremen; provide direction and evaluation.
• Coordinate with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Develop work plans; assign duties and authority; staff projects.
