Job summary

Kokosing seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects in the Midwest. You will plan, execute, and oversee safety, schedule, budget, and quality across single large projects or multiple smaller efforts.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 8+ years of field and office management, and strong leadership to coordinate engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors. PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• PE credentialing is a strong plus but not required.
• 8+ years of construction, design, finance and management experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project goals with client requirements and corporate policy.
• Lead project engineers, superintendents and foremen to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Direct and evaluate project teams, schedule, and safety programs.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and subcontractors to facilitate construction.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to management and clients.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
