Job summary

DPR Construction in Virginia is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. You will manage a project team of engineers and assistant project managers, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with about 7 years of experience; OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals; coaching, feedback, and performance oversight.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution; monitor progress, address escalated issues, ensure timely completion.
• Manages procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensures safety and quality standards.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; prepares comprehensive project documentation.
• Partners with Superintendent to implement quality and safety programs; uphold DPR safety standards.
