Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the successful delivery of construction projects independently by applying comprehensive technical expertise in project activities, methodologies, and leading practices.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements, adherence to schedules, and achievement of quality standards.
• Monitors progress, analyzes performance metrics, identifies moderately complex project issues, and recommends strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring, to support timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identifies and mitigates risks on projects through field analysis and engineering solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field
