Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will partner with clients, designers, and trade partners to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with DPR’s standards and financial goals.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in construction PM, with at least 5 years in leadership, and a background in commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or tech projects. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Experience managing large commercial/healthcare/tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases from preconstruction through closeout to meet safety, quality, schedule and financial goals.
• Direct project teams and partners with clients, designers and trades to achieve objectives.
• Establish project controls, budgets, risk plans and schedule alignment with DPR standards.
• Mentor and develop project managers and engineers for leadership growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
