Job summary

DPR Construction in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced construction project leader to guide complex projects from planning through delivery, aligning with DPR’s safety and quality standards. You will manage project engineers and assistants, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive financial performance.

A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field and 7 years of experience are required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• Managerial experience preferred (1-2 years).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a project team to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Communicates status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; ensures safety and quality.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement project-specific quality and safety programs, upholding safety standards and mitigating risks.
