Job summary

DPR Construction is hiring a senior project leader in New York to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of project engineers and assistant PMs, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and drive on-time, on-budget outcomes while upholding DPR safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture, 7 years in construction engineering, and OSHA 30 certification (or completion within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field; 1-2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of construction project professionals to achieve high-quality results.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and addressing complex issues.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Manages project finances, contract administration, risk, and safety programs.
