DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned construction project leader responsible for end-to-end delivery, team development, and stakeholder coordination. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and financial accountability across multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture, 7 years in construction engineering, and OSHA 30 certification (preferred or to be completed within 6 months). Starting pay range is $120,000–$150,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field; 1-2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of construction professionals, setting expectations and supporting development plans.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitors progress, and addresses escalated issues to ensure timely completion and safety.
• Controls procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors; aligns with work sequences and field requirements.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project management knowledge.
• Evaluates performance, implements corrective actions, and reviews comprehensive project documentation; supports quality and safety programs.
