DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned project leadership professional to guide complex commercial projects through preconstruction to closeout in a fast-paced environment. You will work with clients, designers and trade partners to ensure safety, quality and financial performance while leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that align with DPR’s values.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in construction project management and at least 5 years in leadership, plus OSHA 30

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management.
• 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Leads project teams including project managers, project engineers, and field operations staff, coordinating with clients, designers and trade partners.
• Maintains dependable project controls processes to align with the Prime Agreement and project goals, enabling early issue detection and mitigation.
• Develops and implements project execution plans, manages risk, and mentors and develops team members to strengthen leadership and long-term talent growth.
• Drives continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing process enhancements across all project phases.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
