Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to deliver high‑quality results and guide the project team from planning through closeout. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and drive risk management, cost control, and quality assurance to meet strategic objectives.

With a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of construction experience, you’ll lead with integrity and develop talent while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and supporting development plans.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution by collaborating with project teams, monitoring progress, and addressing escalated issues to ensure timely completion.
• Oversees procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with work sequences.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project-management knowledge.
