Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field; 1 - 2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations, supporting individualized development plans, facilitating training opportunities, and reinforcing continuous skill growth to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution by collaborating with project teams, monitoring progress, and addressing escalated, complex issues to ensure timely completion, while maintaining consistent field presence, leading participation in safety meetings and ensuring high-risk activity fluency.
• Oversees and approves procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with work sequences and field requirements.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge and experience in project management.
