Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage project performance, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineers and subcontractors, controlling budgets, and ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality results.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership, manage budgets, contracts, and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DPR’s standards and safety programs.
