Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ten+ years of experience in construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement, open communication and support for all team members and stakeholders.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate and client policies.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties/responsibilities and delegate authority.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and coordinates with senior management for recruitment and assignment.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget; reviews proposals and resources.
• Reviews status reports from project personnel and adjusts schedules as needed.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients; provides technical advice to resolve problems.
• Coordinates project activities with government agencies and subcontractors; analyzes CPM-based schedules; ensures safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Lead and/or delegate leadership of project meetings; mentor and develop team members; participate in strategic planning.
