Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior leadership for large-scale construction projects. You will oversee delivery, safety, budget, and schedule while coordinating cross-functional teams across markets.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor staff, and drive strategic planning across manufacturing, heavy industrial, and power installations. This role requires proven leadership and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Direct project delivery team and oversee in-house supervisors.
• Monitor CPM-based project schedules and progress.
• Mentor team members and participate in strategic planning.
