Qualified candidates bring a engineering/ construction management degree and 10+ years of experience, with strong communication and strategic planning skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required or preferred.
• PE and/or DBIA credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience across construction, contracts, design, finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Oversees delivery of large-scale projects and directs project teams.
• Manages project budget, schedule, and safety to meet goals.
• Leads meetings, mentoring, and career development for team members.
• Coordinates with prime clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Participates in strategic planning for assigned markets.
