Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead delivery of one or more large-scale construction projects.

The role oversees the project team, coordinates with clients and subcontractors, and ensures safety, schedule, and budget compliance across markets including manufacturing, heavy industrial, and power installations. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction management, a strong client focus, and the ability to drive performance through senior supervision and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE/DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships, ensuring project goals are met safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage the project delivery team and supervise in-house staff and key trade partners.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure schedules and budgets are met across multiple projects.
• Lead project meetings, mentor team members, and participate in strategic planning.
• Interface with prime client, coordinate with government agencies and subcontractors.
