Flintco, LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Denver-area projects. The role oversees multi-level supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and adherence to safety and quality standards on large commercial developments.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction management and proven experience leading 20mm+ projects from start to finish. Base compensation for Denver area ranges from $135,000 to $175,000, with factors affecting actual pay.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible construction experience.
• Must have run 1–2 large-scale projects (20mm+) from start to finish as Lead Sr. Superintendent.

Responsabilidades

• Review project schedule with VP of Field Operations and project team and understand plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and quality control.
• Submit pay applications and review job cost reports for accuracy.
• Oversee daily project production and report progress to Project Manager.
• Ensure safety program compliance and timely incident reporting.
