Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects on-site in Eagle Butte, SD. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers, and supervise project personnel to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and client satisfaction with a hands-on management style. Travel is required to support a 90-mile-from-Pierre site and related assignments.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
• Willingness to travel to project site as required.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates and bids and allocate personnel.
• Select subcontractors and review contracts and shop drawings.
• Review preliminary and detailed project schedules.
• Prepare and submit cash flow plans and submittal logs to architects.
• Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper recording and receipt.
• Monitor construction activities and resolve issues to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Manage closeout documentation and expedite final settlements.
