Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a major US Travel Plaza Redevelopment program. The role oversees multiple projects from concept through turnover across several states, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and operations to deliver on schedule, budget and quality.

We require a minimum of 5 years in construction PM, a relevant degree, and strong MS Excel/Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across locations.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project and Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative as needed.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, budget adherence and quality standards; support commissioning and turnover.
