Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on major travel plaza redevelopments and related facilities.

This is a multi-state role, not a single-site project, with ownership across several states and a clear path toward senior leadership. The role involves overseeing design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, collaborating with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and permitting authorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
