Responsibilities

• Lead the total delivery of services on moderately complex projects with safety, schedule and budget focus.
• Analyze scope, design criteria, and construction documents for task assignment.
• Ensure safety compliance and zero-accident objectives on site.
• Coordinate activities across disciplines and with clients and design leaders.
• Monitor resources, craft schedules, and manage procurement and submittals.
• Provide on-site supervision during startup and project closeout.
• Review vendor drawings and project specifications for conformance.
