Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Construction Manager to deliver industrial projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead a small team, coordinate with design leaders, and ensure compliance with project controls, specifications, and safety standards.

The role requires 10+ years in industrial construction management, a strong knowledge of contract execution, and the ability to manage client relationships across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.
• General Contractors License highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments and manage safety first on projects.
• Review vendor drawings, discipline drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Coordinate contractor activities to avoid lost time and ensure progress.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate scope changes promptly.
• Support design leaders and senior engineers on technical decisions.
• Monitor resources and schedule to meet project goals.
• Provide on-site assistance during startup and field deployment.
