The ideal candidate has 7–15+ years of experience in heavy industrial settings, strong leadership, a solid understanding of E&I, mechanical, piping, civil/structural work, and a proven ability to coordinate clients, engineering firms, and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• 7 to 15+ years of industrial construction experience, including 3 to 5+ years in a Project Manager or comparable project leadership role.
• Experience managing projects or major work packages from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/piping, electrical and instrumentation (E&I), civil/structural, or multidiscipline construction.
• Demonstrated responsibility for project safety, quality, cost, schedule, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Experience with cost forecasting, progress tracking, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, change management, and project closeout.
• Ability to identify project risks early and develop practical solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness, including contract requirements, scope management, change orders, and cost recovery.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineering firms, subcontractors, and vendors.
