Hargrove is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to lead scheduling, cost control, and estimating for heavy industrial projects in Mobile, AL. The role emphasizes coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams, with a focus on safety and constructability.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of industrial experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Timberline Estimating, plus excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Timberline Estimating and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings and field verification.
• Understand Earned Value and project productivity.
• Manage change notices and hearings; support change committee meetings.
• Develop construction estimates and maintain cost reporting.
