Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in industrial construction management. You will deliver projects safely and on time, coordinating with design leaders and contractors to meet scope, budget, and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in the field, a solid grasp of project controls and MS Office, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining strong client relationships. A General Contractors License is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total delivery of services safely, on time, within performance budget and quality expectations.
• Lead a small team and coordinate with discipline leads and design leaders.
• Ensure contractor activities are planned with safety first and compliant with standards.
• Review vendor drawings, submittals, and design changes; communicate scope changes promptly.
• Maintain client relationships and promote project progress across multiple projects.
