Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in industrial construction coordination and administration.
• Electrical background is required.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit contractor safety programs and performance.
• Coordinate with Plant & Engineering Safety personnel.
• Guide injury management and incident investigations.
• Assure job cycle checks are completed at least annually.
• Assist in defining and aligning contracts with site strategy.
• Coordinate continuous improvement efforts.
• Interface with vendors on contract activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost and schedule.
