You will oversee contractor activities, liaise with design leaders, and ensure quality outcomes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, leadership and client relationship management, with a proven ability

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project related experience.
• Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Knowledge and application of company engineering standards and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments and manage client relationships in complex situations.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services safely, on time, within budget, and to quality on moderately complex projects.
• Coordinate with design leaders and field staff to ensure efficient progress and adherence to scope and design criteria.
• Promote client relationships and participate in all major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions.
• Review vendor drawings, submittals, and engineering designs for conformance to specifications.
• Mentor and lead small teams, ensure safety first, and manage resource allocations to avoid delays.
