Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee total delivery of moderately complex projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met on site in Madison, AL. You will lead a team, coordinate with design and procurement, and maintain client relationships throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial construction management, knowledge of Hargrove execution procedures, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive

Qualifications

Requires construction management experience with strong knowledge of project controls and safety.
Bachelor or Master in Construction Science or related field preferred; license helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team to deliver on commitments.
Review vendor drawings and discipline submittals for conformance to specs.
Coordinate contractor activities and ensure safety-first execution.
Provide on-site assistance during startup and coordinate information flow between design and field.
