Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced construction manager to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

You will supervise a small team, coordinate with design leaders, and ensure safety and compliance across field activities. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial construction management, a strong grasp of project controls, and a licensed general contractor background.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments with safety first and quality outcomes.
• Familiar with project scope, specifications and design criteria upon task assignment.
• Promote strong client relationships and effective communication with design leaders.
• Coordinate contractor activities to avoid lost time and ensure on-schedule progress.
• Review vendor drawings and construction submittals for conformance.
• Monitor resources and ensure adequate staffing for project needs.
