Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a qualified professional to plan and schedule heavy industrial engineering projects, monitor costs, and estimate projects. The role involves developing schedules for contract packages, tracking construction activities, and ensuring safety and schedule alignment through close supervision.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with a high school diploma and preferably a Construction

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor project costs and estimate projects.
• Update schedules by meetings, field verification, and coordination interviews.
• Maintain the change notice/change order management system.
• Facilitate weekly change notice hearings and change committee meetings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Maintain cost system including reconciling commitments, change orders, invoices and cost reports.
