Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in industrial construction management.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with department standards.
• Ensure contractor safety first and zero-accidents environment.
• Coordinate with design leaders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Review vendor drawings and construction submittals for conformance.
• Monitor contractor resource assignments and progress.
