Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate all site construction activities to meet the project schedule.
• Maintain Site Safety Plan and lead project safety meetings.
• Develop and update the Project Schedule; monitor progress and recovery plans.
• Oversee QC/QA and subcontractor coordination; ensure contract compliance.
• Attend inspections with AHJ, clients, and third parties as needed.
• Deliver timely submittals and manage vendor and invoicing workflows.
• Collaborate with management to drive efficiency and energy outcomes.
