Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on assigned projects, partnering with the Project Manager to drive safety, schedule, and quality. This role involves coordinating vendors and subcontractors according to contract documents and project schedule, with 100% travel to job sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of large commercial construction experience, strong leadership and planning skills, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and scheduling software (Primavera).
• Team Player with strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety; maintain a safe work environment and lead safety meetings.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; update logic relations and recovery plans.
• Coordinate all site construction activities to meet the project schedule and quality requirements.
