Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations on the assigned project(s), coordinating all vendors and subcontractors to install scopes in full accordance with contract documents and the project schedule.

The Construction Manager is responsible for site safety, quality, logistics, and professionalism, attends inspections with AHJs, supports start-up and commissioning activities, and leads the team to deliver on energy

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction ($10M+).
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe job site per the Site-Specific Safety Plan.
Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; update plans as needed.
Coordinate all site construction activities to meet the project schedule.
Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJs, inspectors, or clients.
Drive trade partner progress in line with the Project Schedule.
Prepare daily reports and monitor project health and progress.
