Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations for large commercial projects in the United States. You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors, drive safety, and ensure completion of work per contract documents and the project schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, pull planning experience, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and MS Office. Travel is moderate; you will report to the Project Manager and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete field leadership for day-to-day operations of the project(s).
• Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors to meet the project schedule and contract documents.
• Maintain site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Manage project schedule updates, recovery plans, and progress reporting.
• Oversee site quality assurance, trades coordination, and safety plan compliance.
