Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Construction Manager to provide site leadership for day-to-day operations on large commercial projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and subcontractors to meet contracts and schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely procurement. Candidates should have 5+ years of large-scale construction, strong planning skills, and proficiency in Procore and Primavera; travel may be required to support site operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
• Proficient with project management software (Procore) and scheduling tools
• Team player with strong organizational and planning skills
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and maintain a safe work environment through Site-Specific Safety Plan
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; monitor logic and recovery plans
• Coordinate all site construction activities to meet schedule and Contract Documents
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients
• Ensure coordination of installation between trades and drive progress per the Project Schedule
• Provide field leadership for planning and all trades to support construction schedule
• Attend jobsite meetings, manage deliveries, document progress, and review vendor invoices
• Work with Inter-Company leadership to improve efficiencies and best practices
• Prepare and review Daily Reports for accuracy and compliance with Contracts and Schedule
• Manage submittals and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Implement Project Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with all project documents
• Participate in project update meetings to communicate health and progress
• Support measurement of project progress and energy outcomes with M&V/Engineering teams
• Ensure permits and legal requirements are secured and closed out
• Assist with startup and commissioning activities
• Promote company culture to stakeholders
